1. Overview
These Terms of Use govern all services offered by v33 Systematic, operated by Nadav Ben-Hamo. By engaging any service — v33 Formula or v33 Blueprint — you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
v33 Systematic currently offers two done-for-you bot build services:
- v33 Formula ($999) — A trading bot built on the proven v33 Flip strategy, tuned to your chosen asset and timeframe, backtested, and deployed live on v33 Systematic's managed hosting, connected to your Bybit account. Hosting is included free for the first year; thereafter, continued hosting is billed at $99 per year. The client's Bybit API keys are used with trade-only permissions (withdrawals disabled) and remain revocable by the client at any time.
- v33 Blueprint ($1,999) — A fully custom trading bot built to your strategy or idea, with full transparency via Telegram throughout the build process, and 30 days of post-delivery support.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for both services.
- The final 50% is due after proof of a working bot is provided — a screenshot or screen recording showing the bot running live — and before the bot is deployed live on the managed hosting and connected to the client's Bybit account.
- Accepted payment methods: USDT or USDC (stablecoin). Wallet address will be provided upon agreement.
- Work begins only after the first payment is confirmed on-chain.
- All prices are in USD. Crypto equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate at time of payment.
4. Delivery Definition
Delivery is complete when: the bot is deployed live on v33 Systematic's managed hosting, confirmed running, connected to the client's Bybit account, and the client has received their first "Bot online" Telegram alert. Any requests outside the agreed scope are subject to additional fees.
v33 Formula: One round of parameter refinement is included after delivery. Additional modifications or new strategy builds are quoted separately.
v33 Blueprint: 30 days of Telegram support after delivery is included — covering questions about bot logic, parameters, and alerts only. Does not include trading advice, new features, or strategy modifications.
5. Refund Policy
- The upfront 50% payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If v33 Systematic is unable to deliver the agreed service, the upfront payment will be refunded in full.
- The final 50% is only requested upon proof of delivery — if the client is unsatisfied with the delivered bot, disputes must be raised before final payment is made.
6. Not Financial Advice
All services provided by v33 Systematic are technical and educational in nature. Nothing delivered — including bots, strategies, backtests, or training — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results. No profit is promised or implied.
7. Risk Disclosure
All trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of invested capital. By engaging these services, you acknowledge that:
- You are trading on your own account, at your own risk and sole discretion.
- v33 Systematic has no access to, and no liability for, any funds in your trading account.
- A bot or strategy that performed well in backtesting may not perform the same in live market conditions.
- You are responsible for all decisions made using any bot, strategy, or knowledge acquired through these services.
8. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the code delivered for their specific bot build.
- The underlying methodology, training materials, and general framework remain the intellectual property of v33 Systematic.
- Code or strategies may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as services to third parties without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared strategy logic, performance data, and personal information confidential. v33 Systematic will not share client-specific information with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
